Summary: Great location, you can walk anywhere, and overall it’s a cool place. Some funiture is in need of replacement and one of the beds linens had been overlooked and was dirty. Would absolutely stay here again though.

Summary: I can see where this was a nice place 10-15 years ago but the unit and the entire condo complex is outdated. The unit smelled very musty when we checked in and we had to open all the windows to help with the stench. Both bathrooms don’t have fans and the shower curtains have mold on them. The furniture is also very worn down and sagging with ripped fabric. While we liked that we never had to Uber anywhere bc we were in walking distance to restaurants and bars it was also that proximity that made it feel a bit sketchy. Fortunately the complex is fully gated which provided peace of mind.

Summary: The location of the condo is excellent. Close to the 6th street music clubs and good restaurants. However the unit needs work - master bath faucet fell off on the first use. The 2nd bathroom is moldy and plumbing needs work. The furniture in the family room is well worn. The wifi signal is weak.

Summary: Stayed here for a 4 day weekend and it was absolutely perfect and super safe! Great location, we walked to restaurants and bars on 6th St. and Rainey St. Condo was very clean and perfect amount of space for 9 people. On the top floor so be prepared to carry groceries and items up a few flights. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay
